Your account/card will only be debited/charged once your order has been validated. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to notify you of any problems with your order and if necessary arrange a suitable replacement or cancel the item from your order.

Orders in North America over $100CDN will receive complimentary ground shipping. A flat shipping rate of $10CDN will be applied to North America orders under $100CDN. All international (outside of North America) orders will be charged $20CDN for shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Details for further information or contact Jordan at jordan@bumpboutique.ca.

You can easily track the progress of your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive a purchase order confirmation email. Once your purchase is shipped, you will receive a second email – a shipping confirmation email – that includes your shipping details and tracking number. Simply click on the link provided in your shipping confirmation email in relation to your purchase courier and enter your personal tracking code to get the most up to date information regarding your order.

For security purposes bump boutique does not ship to PO Boxes or hotels.

Should you need to make a change to your order, please contact Jordan as soon as possible at jordan@bumpboutique.ca and we will do everything possible to accommodate your needs. We are unable to make changes to your order once it has shipped.

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from bump boutique. Unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached, in ‘new’ condition can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. There is no return or exchange on ‘SALE’ items. For reasons of hygiene, there is no return or exchange on Swimwear or Undergarments.
