How do I place my order?
bump boutique has been designed with you in mind. We want to ensure that your shopping experience is simple and enjoyable. When you have found a product you like, simply select the colour and size from the available options and add it to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout when you are ready to make your purchase. Then select your preferred method of payment.
Which methods of payment does bump boutique accept?
bump boutique currently accepts the following major credit cards as payment methods – Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
How are payments processed?
All payments are processed with Stripe, an internationally recognized safe and secure payment processor.
When will I be charged?
Your account/card will only be debited/charged once your order has been validated. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to notify you of any problems with your order and if necessary arrange a suitable replacement or cancel the item from your order.

What are my shipping options?
Orders in North America over $100CDN will receive complimentary ground shipping. A flat shipping rate of $10CDN will be applied to North America orders under $100CDN. All international (outside of North America) orders will be charged $20CDN for shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Details

Can I track my bump boutique order?
You can easily track the progress of your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive a purchase order confirmation email. Once your purchase is shipped, you will receive a second email – a shipping confirmation email – that includes your shipping details and tracking number. Simply click on the link provided in your shipping confirmation email in relation to your purchase courier and enter your personal tracking code to get the most up to date information regarding your order.

Will bump boutique ship to a PO box?
For security purposes bump boutique does not ship to PO Boxes or hotels.
Can I make a change to my order after it is placed?
Should you need to make a change to your order, please contact Jordan as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will do everything possible to accommodate your needs. We are unable to make changes to your order once it has shipped.
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from bump boutique. Unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached, in ‘new’ condition can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. There is no return or exchange on ‘SALE’ items.
